Dropkick Murphys recently dropped by the AT&T-sponsored Blue Room for an interview and some exclusive live footage. The band talks about their Irish roots, recent collaborations and projects and some of the inspiration behind their new album, The Meanest of Times.

Johnny Schou of Tickle Me Pink (1986-2008)

Recent Wind Up signing Tickle Me Pink today announced the death of their bassist, Johnny Schou, who was found this morning at home in Colorado. The quartet from Fort Collins was to celebrate the release of their debut album with an in-store appearance in Denver today.

Further information regarding the band’s plans, and dates that have been previously announced, will be forthcoming in due time. Johnny Schou was 22 years-old. Our deepest condolences to his friends and family.
