Bouncing Souls talk 20th Anniversary in new video interviews

Deaf Left Ear recently spoke to the Bouncing Souls in a video interview about their 20th anniversary. The author explains:

A few weeks ago The Bouncing Souls played two sold-out shows at Webster Hall in NYC. I sat down with Pete, Brian and Greg before the first of these shows to talk a little bit about where they started and where they are at now, and perhaps more importantly we established whether or not Lil Bow Wow is older than the band. (Lil Bow Wow the person, not the hit song he had).

Chris Shiflett posts another Huffington Post editorial

Chris Shiflett of Foo Fighters (and previously/currently of Jackson United, No Use For A Name and Me First and The Gimme Gimmes) has posted his second editorial for The Huffington Post.

Titled Rally the Troops, the editorial covers politics and Chris’ concerns about the health care agenda:

You can’t help but get swept away and feel all “fired up,” but almost nine months into President Obama’s term, what do we progressives have to celebrate? No doubt he’s done some good work, but he’s far too comfortable with status quo policy ideas for my taste.

Whether the Obama administration likes it or not, the public option has become the line in the sand for the progressive agenda. If he’s not willing to fight for it then we should be.
