Neverwinter Vault has a great interview with a developer from the modern D20 initiative. To be honest, I did not know this existed, but they are creating additional toolsets to support the D20 environment in Sci-Fi or Post Apocolyptic genre. Its a great read and you should check it out on the Neverwinter Vault website. |

Rob Tujillo, former bass player for Suicidal Tendencies and Ozzy was recently announced by Metallica as the replacement for ex-bassist Jason Newsted. Rob will appear on the new album, St. Anger, currently slated for release on June 10th. He will also join them on their new Summer Sanitarium tour with Limp Bizkit and Linkin Park.
Meanwhile, Newsted continues to work with veteran metal band Voivod. Their new self-titled album, which Newsted produced will be out March 4th. You can find it on Newsteds Surfdog imprint Chophouse Records. |

I do not know what it is about Axl and concerts in Canada. Apparently, his plane was delayed, forcing him to miss the opening show of the new GunsNRoses tour kicking off in Vancouver.
Strangely enough, the promoters let the first two bands play before announcing that Axl had not made it to the show. This pissed off a lot of fans. 10 people were arrested as riot police stormed the area.
Of course, this is not the first time Axl caused a riot at a Canadian concert. |

By now, everyone has heard of Neverwinter Nights by Interplay. How many of you have heard of Neverwinter Nights on AOHell? I am sure a lot of you have heard of it, but how many of you actually had the opportunity to play it?
For me, it was The Game to beat all games. For some reason, the ancient graphics didnt make a bit of difference. The real challenge was in the game and playing with other real life players. To this day, I have not found another game to satisfy my urge.
Recently I stumbled onto an archive of information about the original Neverwinter Nights. If you are interested, take a peek. Its hard to imagine how this game captured the imagination of so many, but it did..... |

Marylin Manson will host a one hour special of the Canadian MuchMusics USA Metal Show called "Uranium". You can catch the show on October 31st at 9pm EST on MuchMusic.
As a side benefit, Manson requested everyone who is at the show dress in their best "vaudville/cabret/fetish" outfit. Manson will pick the best dressed and that person will get a signed Watercolor by Marilyn. |

MTV is giving Courtney Love complete control of MTV2 this weekend. She will be the VJ and she will pick the music. Whatever she wants, she gets.
I just have one question.... Whose butt does she have her head up?!?!? I mean, come on.... What has she done lately? Other than sue a lot of people, absolutely nothing, yet MTV loves her. In the grand scheme of things, I will not loose any sleep over this, but she makes me sick. YECH!

Today is N-day folks. It has been many, many years since I first heard of Biowares release of Neverwinter Nights. I can honestly say the only game I have been this anxious to play was Ultima Online. Even then, it was because Aohell closed down the original Neverwinter Nights and I needed a new game to feed my addiction.

This is old news, but since I have been following the story, I thought it would be a good idea to post it anyway. The Judge presiding over Love Vs Grohl and Novaselic denied Grohl and Novaselics request to have Love psychologically tested. In a strange twist, he also stated that Loves attorney could not claim Courtney Love signed the LLC agreement while under mental duress based on their petition to have the psychological evaluation request dismissed.
Dont you just love it. Seems the Bitch screwed herself after all! |
