It looks like it is official! Tom Morello and the rest of the boys (minus zach of course) from Rage Against the Machine will be joined by none other than Soundgardens ex-frontman, Chris Cornell. Everything I have read claims the new sound will be more rock and less rap/fusion/metal.
I believe Tom Morello is a hell of a guitar player and I am extremely grateful for a chance to hear him do something different. I mean, I love RATM. I have a ton of it in the stream, but a lot of the songs have a very similiar sound. If nothing else, this is going to be an interesting album. |
