Do you believe the hype? Could it be true? Come September 5th, we will find out. Word all over the web is the new album, Iowa from Slipknot will debut at #1 on the Billboard Charts, beating out the debut of the new Mary J. Blige by twice as many albums.
Slipknots label, Roadrunner Records shipped 1.2 million copies of the album and early reports put it somewhere between 300,000 and 450,000 copies sold. Hell, I havent had a chance to go pick up my copy, so add one more to that number.
