Punknews recently announced Food Not Songs, a cook book being published by us and Suburban Home Records. In the months leading up to the book Punknews will be publishing recipes, many of which will be available in the print edition. This week’s recipe comes from Alex Kerns and Sheena Ozzella of Lemuria. The band released Get Better in 2008 as well as an Under the Influence 7″ split with Off With Their Heads.
