Love Equals Death (2003-2009)

Love Equal Death has called it quits. The band made this statement:

It’s been a back and forth battle with everyone here to move on or to let go of this thing we love so much. We here at camp Love Equals Death have decided to let go of Love Equals Death and preserve the good times we had and the hurdles we had to overcome. We will no longer be functioning as a band and will be calling it quits. We thank all the fans and the venues and bands we shared those venues with. We especially want to thank all the kids on Punknews.org for your support throughout our stint. There is no rhyme or reason. It’s just time to do what we feel in or hearts is right.

The band suffered a number of set backs since the release of Nightmerica in 2006. Among them was the arrest and departure of their bassist followed by the loss of their vocalist in January of 2009.
