Patent Pending resurfaces

After two years of inactivity, pop-punk band Patent Pending have resurfaced. The band explained:

For the past 2 years we weren’t legally allowed to make or release new music. For a musician, this was a living hell. But, we sorted it out. This spring is going to be amazing!!! We are playing Bamboozle and Bamboozle Left, doing a nation-wide tour, and most importantly – we are releasing a new album this summer.

To celebrate, the band posted their version of Cascada’s “Everytime We Touch” and you can check out the cover on their myspace page. They released Save Each Other, The Whales Are Doing Fine. in 2006.
